During this 2 hour visit, your home will be carefully examined by a professional to help identify areas such as; trip hazards and ergonomics of your everyday life patterns to enhance your comfort and livability. In addition to identifying such areas, you will also receive a comprehensive plan to incorporate into your daily living.
We will be continuously adding content that you wont want to miss. Become a member and don’t miss a single tidbit of all of the VALUABLE goods that are going to be very important as you consider what will be your NEXT STEP.
We will be offering a Charter Club special monthly membership fee of $18 for the first 250 members to join.
Your home consultation includes a fully encompassed evaluation for sale assessment completed by an experienced senior specialist realtor. You will receive a detailed report including current estimated market value, recommendations for preparation for sale, a timeline breakdown of a sale process. A detailed hard-bound guide to downsizing and selling will be included with the consultation.
